Style of delivery

Our style of delivery is professional yet informal. Our approach is deliberately designed to be punchy, direct and thought provoking. We do not waste time padding out sessions with unrelated information / exercises.

Delegates will never leave one of our workshops questioning the training's relevance or value to their role.

We see training as a facilitation process rather than a formal presentation. For this reason TCTC will not use PowerPoint style presentations unless specified by you.

Our depth of experience has allowed us to develop a truly fun, challenging and interactive approach to training delivery. We have a unique set of competitive exercises running through all of our training programmes.

The personalised workbook forms the cornerstone of each session and we also employ a range of training methods including:

  • Trainer led discussion.
  • Case study of recorded calls from UK telephone centres.
  • Group analysis of calls taken from your organisation.
  • Simulated call exercises based on genuine scenarios within your organisation.
  • 1-1 coaching sessions.
  • Recording of live calls made to potential clients during the workshop (specific to outbound sales calling sessions).
